Trains all new Housekeeping personnel in all housekeeping procedures and standards. Cleans rooms and public spaces or handles laundry duties as may be necessary.Inspects guest rooms and public spaces to ensure that cleanliness standards and proper amenity and literature placement have been met. Responsibilities: Ensures guest satisfaction and safety by training new Housekeeping Team Members to be able to provide a consistently superior hotel product in addition to inspecting and ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces.Assists in ensuring hotel quality and productivity standards are being met in the areas of housekeeping, laundry and hotel public space.
